Planner in Amsterdam

What will you do?

As a Planner, you make sure our staff planning is accurate and that our boats run smoothly every day. You enjoy putting the puzzle together, creating and approving schedules, planning ahead and quickly adapting to last-minute changes. You are a real people person and have daily contact with skippers, hosts and quay staff. You enjoy working as part of a team, are not afraid to get your hands dirty and take responsibility. With your strong work ethic, you make sure agreements are kept and the planning is always on point.

Practical

• Hours: 24 to 40 hours per week

• Salary: €2,681.42 gross based on a 40-hour work week

• Working hours: Office hours, Monday to Sunday. You will work at least one weekend day per week

• Start date: As soon as possible

Your responsibilities

You create and approve schedules, assign staff and monitor both short- and long-term planning. You will also conduct planning meetings with new and existing employees. In addition, you process staff preferences and schedule changes, stay in contact with the crews and come up with solutions when things don’t go according to plan.

Requirements

• Accurate, organized and strong communication skills;

• Good command of English;

• Experience in planning is a plus;
